Beauty Review: Aesop Express Facial Treatment

If you've been to the new Aesop store at Capitol Piazza, you'd know that the Australian beauty brand prides itself on creating new, singular experiences for every store it opens (the one here features Peranakan floor tiles).
It's no different for their express facial treatment: After a quick skin consultation, followed by a double cleanse and exfoliation, the therapist customises a massage oil for me. To suit my dry skin: a blend of B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel (rich in vitamin C) and Damascan Rose Facial Treatment oil to boost hydration levels.
The concoction is massaged gently into my face for 10 minutes, before the excess is towelled off. Thereafter, the Blue Chamomile Facial Hydrating Masque (blue camomile balances and purifies, while rosemary and lavender oils soothe and calm) is left on for 10 minutes as I enjoy a relaxing hand massage.
45 minutes later, my skin feels firmer and gains a luminous glow that lasts for five days. With their pleasing floral scents, the products double as stress-relievers.
