This made-to-measure treatment is a bespoke service that targets your specific hair needs with a mixology bar that allows you to choose from four concentrates to treat your primary hair concerns and five boosters to target your secondary ones.
The treatment
My therapist first uses a diagnosis machine to identify my hair needs, which she discovered were strengthening and dryness. She then picks and mixes a Concentrate Vita-Ciment (to replenish protein and repair damaged hair) and a Nourishment Booster (to soften and hydrate) in front of me. After a wash, she sprays the freshly fused concoction over my locks and leaves it on for 10 minutes. During the wait, I am treated to a relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage. Hair is then rinsed, massaged with a leave-in treatment, followed by a quick blow dry.
The verdict
Despite the short time involved, the results were fairly instant and quite obvious. My hair felt significantly softer and more silky. It was also more manageable and I had less pesky fly-aways.
