The formula dries down incredibly fast, so we highly recommend applying some lip balm first to give yourself a bit of time to blend out the product.

One thing we love about 3CE’s Blur Water Tint is how buildable it is. Its water-like texture keeps your lips feeling hydrated as it dries down into a sheer matte finish, and you can easily build up pigment depending on how intense you want the colour to be. The shade Midnight Call is a personal favourite: a dainty orange-brown shade that gives MLBB (My Lips But Better).
