We Need To Talk About Katy Perry's New Hair At The 2017 Grammys
The American singer-songwriter debuted her fresh new look on the 2017 Grammys red carpet.

The pop singer is well known as a style chameleon, often donning the most extravagant outfits since she burst onto the music scene almost a decade ago. Her hair colours, in particular, have gone through several iterations over the years - the brunette dyed her tresses jet-black in 2016, bright green in 2014, deep purple in 2012 and even rocked a cobalt blue wig in 2010.
Her latest hair incarnation, though, is possibly the 32-year-old artist's freshest look yet. She showed up on the 59th Annual Grammy Awards red carpet with her new 'do - a platinum blonde, choppy, shoulder-length bob - that made her look like she just returned from a holiday in the Caribbean.
To complement her new hairdo, the star went with glittery pink eyeshadow, strong brows and a bold red lip. Fun fact: The look was created using products from Perry's second collaborative outing with American beauty brand CoverGirl. Dubbed the Katy Kat Pearl collection, it was announced a mere few minutes before she appeared on the red carpet.
The pink theme also extended to her outfit: The pop star donned a Tom Ford number that featured an elongated, high-neck sequinned top and an ombre floor-grazing skirt.
Our verdict? It's a refreshingly youthful look that's both natural and appears effortlessly done - which is why we're digging it.
