We Love How Easy It Is To Recreate These NYFW Runway Looks

Don't we all love it when a look gets updated? On the 3.1 Phillip Lim runway, Nars' lead makeup artist Francelle Daly gave models healthy-looking glowing skin with NARSSkin Luminous Moisture Cream and Velvet Matte Skin Tint (a new product for the season). But instead of going for bold liner or heavy mascara, the eyes were largely untouched, save for accents of thin bright blue and black lines at each corner.

It was the same treatment at Suno: Nars' lead director of Global Artistry James Boehmer used the same Velvet Matte Tint to give models' complexions a clean, fresh look. Lips were toned down and made more matte to draw more attention to the glossy pinkish sheen around the eyes, which were - surprise, surprise - created by circling a blend of lip glosses - Sixties Fan and Triple X - around the eye area to "give the effect of freshly rubbed tears".
