Just over a month old, the National Gallery has become the art institution in Singapore not only with its impressive collection of modern South-east Asian art, but also its monumental design. While overseeing the creative direction of fine dining restaurant Odette on the first floor, our co-curator Dawn Ng had the chance to explore its spaces intimately.
