By Sarah Adriana,
Across Singapore, the secondhand scene has exploded, with curated vintage stores and thrift pop-ups taking over malls, shophouses, and your Instagram feed. But with that boom has come a noticeable bump in prices; what was once a five dollar rack is now a $50 “archival” find, and not everyone’s wallet is keeping up.
Still, affordable gems exist - you just need to know where to dig. Whether you're thrifting out of necessity, nostalgia, or for the thrill of finding something no one else owns, we’ve rounded up a list of Singapore’s most budget-friendly thrift and vintage stores. From all-$10 setups to mystery packs and under-$30 racks, scroll on to see the list of thrift stores that you can hit up without breaking your bank.

Ssaltythrifts
Ssaltythrifts kicked off as an Instagram side hustle by Jenevieve (she prefers to keep her last name private), 22, back in September 2020. What started as casual online drops has since blossomed into a full-fledged store, with its first physical spot opening at Orchard Plaza in June 2023. Today, Ssaltythrifts is all about that sweet spot of vintage and Y2K-inspired pieces — carefully curated, styled, and priced just right.
Price range: Five dollars to $70
Pricing depends on brand, quality, and cost price. Most fall between $14 and $70, while unique vintage pieces or branded items can reach up to a little higher. There’s also a five dollar bin in-store, regularly updated with fun basics for bargain hunters.
Most expensive item in store: "It would be a Coach bag selling at $80.”
Why we recommend it: Whether you’re balling on a budget or ready to splurge on a showstopper, their picks hit all the right trends without ever feeling try-hard. Plus, it’s run by someone who’s totally in tune with the Gen Z fashion vibe—because she’s living it too.

Woofie.co
Woofies was founded by Matthew Tan and Desiree Chang, both 23, and launched in April 2023 as a $10 store at Golden Landmark shopping centre. It quickly gained popularity for its affordable pricing and diverse selection, including vintage tees and casual staples. In December 2024, Woofies expanded to a two-storey shophouse on North Bridge Road, featuring curated Y2K and streetwear pieces on the ground floor, with a $10 dig-through section upstairs.
Price Range: Most items are priced between $10 and $30.
Woofies' original Golden Landmark store operates on a $10-per-item concept. At their second outlet on North Bridge Road, the ground floor features a curated selection of Y2K pieces, vintage finds, and streetwear staples, generally priced from $12 to $30. Upstairs, everything remains at $10, with a popular "buy four, get one free" deal that keeps the racks turning.
Highest-Priced Items: Their most expensive clothing piece currently is a Carhartt carpenter overall at $50, while cowboy boots range from $60 to $80. Previously, they've stocked Carhartt workwear jackets priced at $90, though these are sold out.
Why we recommend it: If you’re after a low-commitment thrift find or something more intentional, Woofies offers a range of items that are affordable and accessible, with just enough edge to keep it interesting.

Weare.
What began as a student-led, two-weekend pop-up in April 2023—called Wearehouse—quickly struck a chord with Gen Zs on the hunt for affordable style. The event, created by students for students, offered trendy secondhand pieces at prices that made sense for young wallets. Its success led to something more permanent: a full-fledged thrift store founded by Ian Thio and Ashley Chan Kit (both 21), Tan Yong Harn Darrell (41), and Goh Kee How, Ryan (24). Now a staple at Queensway Shopping Centre, Weare. has become a go-to spot for youth-led thrifting, mixing five-dollar piles with streetwear staples and the occasional vintage gem tucked between the racks.
Price range: You’ll find stickers from just one dollar, crowd-favourite five-dollar bins, and a ten-dollar rack that’s always buzzing. Most items are priced under thirty-five dollars, making it easy to score standout pieces without blowing your budget. For something more special, there’s a premium section with branded or rare finds that sit at a slightly higher tier.
Most expensive item in store? “That would be the $120 racing jacket that turns heads every time, or one of our heavier-duty Carhartt pieces. Loud, rare, and built to stand out.”
Why we recommend it: If you’re after staples with a twist—and prices that won’t kill the vibe—Weare. is where it’s at. It’s less about fitting into a look, more about discovering pieces you can make your own. No pressure, just rails of one-of-a-kind finds waiting for a fresh take.

Bhabie's Market
When Bhabie’s Market opened in September 2022, most thrift stores were still living online. Determined to bring the edit IRL, its founder Azizah R., 24, created a physical space where well-styled, dreamy vintage finds could be seen, touched, and actually tried on.
The racks are a Gen Z moodboard come to life: fairycore blouses, baby tees, Y2K minis, button-ups and denim for days. You might even spot the occasional leather handbag or vintage Coach piece tucked between more wallet-friendly staples.
Price range: $10 to $90
Most clothing items fall between $10 to $45, while handbags are priced slightly higher from $30 to $90, depending on label and quality.
Most expensive item in store: “Currently the most expensive item in my store is a 1996-1997 Arsenal Drill Top, it’s worth up to $300 to $400.”
Why we recommend it: If you’re into soft, feminine silhouettes and Y2K vibes, Bhabie’s Market is the place to be. It’s the kind of store where you’ll always find something made just for you.
