What Went Down: Gracie Abrams’ 'The Secret Of Us' Tour Hits Singapore
Gracie Abrams made her long-awaited Asia debut in Singapore earlier this month — here’s what went down at the one-night-only show.
What: Gracie Abrams made her long-awaited Singapore debut as part of the first-ever Asian leg of her tour — and the turnout definitely showed up. The 25-year-old Grammy-nominated singer performed to a full house at the 5,000-seat Star Theatre, with Stans travelling from across the region to witness the singer-songwriter live. Some crossed the Causeway at dawn, while others flew in from the Philippines and Indonesia, underscoring the devotion of her growing fanbase.
The atmosphere was electric, with the crowd singing along to every lyric and Abrams delivering flawless, emotionally charged vocals — completely live. Her setlist featured fan favourites such as I Love You, I'm Sorry, That's So True, and Close To You. True to tradition, Abrams included a surprise deep cut from her earlier work — this time, the poignant Feels Like from her 2021 EP This Is What It Feels Like.
We checked out the pre-concert festivities and documented some of the stylish outfits fans were donning. Fans flocked together in a sea of light yellows, blues, and of course, the mandatory Gracie Abrams hair bow. From simple satin ribbons, to bejewelled hair bows with song lyrics and gems, to giant tulle bows sewn onto shirts, the Gracie Abrams fan was pretty easy to spot.
