It’s one of the easiest entry points into Yunnan, making it the perfect first stop for your adventure. If direct flights aren’t available on your chosen dates, you can also transit via cities like Kuala Lumpur, Guangzhou, or Bangkok.
Getting to Lijiang
There are no direct flights from Singapore to Lijiang, but it’s still an easy journey. The most convenient option is to fly into Kunming first, then take a short domestic flight to Lijiang Sanyi International Airport, which typically takes around an hour. If you prefer to travel by land and soak in local scenery, high-speed trains are also available, with the Kunming-Lijiang route taking about 3 to 3.5 hours.
