Yung Raja And Killa K Are Back With New Club-Ready Single, Jalsa
The Singaporean artiste and Bangalore-based Tamil rapper reunite for a new high-energy track.
If you’re looking for something to soundtrack your next night out, Singaporean rapper Yung Raja and Bangalore-based Tamil rapper Killa K have you covered. The two have reunited for their new single, Jalsa, out now on all major streaming platforms.
The track marks the pair’s second collaboration, following their previous release Podu Mike. This time around, the duo are taking things up a notch with a darker, club-ready sound packed with sharp flows, harder-edged energy and production from Singaporean producer Fauxe.
True to its name, Jalsa, a Hindi word referring to a celebration, public gathering or festive party, is all about letting loose. The track brings together infectious production from Singaporean producer Fauxe with Raja and Killa K at their most confident and unapologetic.
Raja has spent the past few years carving out a distinct space in Singapore’s music scene with his trademark blend of Tamil and English, or Tanglish. Now, Jalsa sees him continuing to look beyond Singapore, this time reconnecting with Killa K for a cross-border collaboration that brings together their shared roots in contemporary Tamil music.
So, whether you’re on the way to the club or already three songs deep into the night, Jalsa is ready for the aux.
Listen to Jalsa by Yung Raja and Killa K now on all major streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music and Youtube Music.
