Burberry’s Latest Campaign Features 23 Iconic Stars Across Fashion, The Arts, And Sports

As Burberry marks 170 years at the forefront of British fashion, the house turns its focus back to its most enduring emblem – its iconic trench coat. The new campaign The Trench, Portraits of an Icon, unveils an expanded Heritage Collection, placing its signature trench and car coats alongside fresh new additions.
To celebrate the Burberry trench, the house invited a cast of 23 cultural heavyweights across film, music, sport and fashion to step into frame and bring the campaign to life. Shot through the lens of Tim Walker, icons like Kate Moss, Kendall Jenner, Daisy Edgar-Jones, J.Y. Park, Jonathan Bailey, Kid Cudi, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Teyana Taylor are among the 23 starring in a suite of intimate black-and-white portraits that feel archival yet arrestingly current.

The result? Pure cinema. Across each frame, the trench shifts shape and attitude – with collars flicked up against an imagined wind and belts left languid and undone – reminding us exactly why the coat endures.
Accompanying the portraits is a documentary film soundtracked by British rock band Blur, capturing candid, unscripted exchanges between the cast and crew. The outcome is an intimate snapshot of a modern Britain that feels creative and self-assured – the very spirit the trench has channelled for over a century.

Beyond the campaign imagery, Burberry extends the celebration into the streets with striking window installations across Burberry stores worldwide and curated pop-ups at Regent Street London, Isetan Shinjuku Tokyo, Lotte Main Seoul and 57th Street New York. Each space spotlights the trench as the house’s defining icon – its unmistakable silhouette set against sweeping black-and-white portraits from the campaign. It’s an almost gallery-like experience in each retail space.
