Chanel Now Does Winter Gear For Ski Holidays And We've Got The Deets

Hitting the slopes of Niseko or Bear Mountain has become an increasingly trendy travel option. How about doing so in gear that marries high fashion with function? Enter Chanel’s permanent winter sportswear line that debuts this month. Clothes include tweed-trimmed down jackets and nylon pants gently flared to fit over the lambskin mountain boots elegantly. All are said to be wind- and water-proof; their seams heat-sealed for extra protection. Other highlights include impact-resistant pilot-framed goggles with 18K white gold lenses, shearling backpacks in signature black and white, and camellia-embroidered tees and leather shorts for layering (or apres ski).
