Matthieu Blazy’s Chanel debut collection has finally hit the shelves — and shoppers have been going feral for it. Chanel’s Spring Summer 2026 collection first launched in Paris and New York earlier this March, and stories of wiped out shelves have already made their rounds on social media.
The red-capped chocolate slingbacks? Gone. The Camellia pongee brooches? Wiped. The distorted Chanel 2.55 handbags, in all its colours? Ransacked. It’s clear that fashion insiders and style tastemakers are in agreement: Blazy’s debut was stellar.
After all, it was a cosmic debut (pun intended), making clear that Blazy intends to forge a new path for Chanel, simultaneously disrupting and preserving house codes and silhouettes. As the collection reaches Singapore on March 19, 2026, we’re expecting another clean sweep.
