At Valentino, creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli opts for glossy combat boots with Rockstud accents, while showing off plenty of legs with tailored shorts, mini skirts, short dresses and rompers. The more glamorous versions of these boots even come adorned with plumage peeking out of the top for dramatic effect. At Dior, creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri turns up the swashbuckling effect of these boots. Her iteration goes up almost to the knees, with four straps on the back.
