Coach's Latest Drop Has Paris Hilton's Stamp Of Approval
Inspired by an archival design, this bag checks the box for '90s and early '00s chic.
The undying adoration for nostalgic '90s and early '00s styles just received a big shot in the arm with the new Coach Swinger. A shoulder bag right in line with those that were ubiquitous in the period (read: small, compact and typically worn right under one's pits), the Swinger is an archival design that Coach has now relaunched in monogrammed canvas or in coloured leather versions.
We like that Coach has kept the design of the Swinger ($495) pretty clean-cut – with only a tab featuring the house's signature turnlock being the main design element.
The campaign for the Swinger is next-level though: Coach enlisted early Aughts queen Paris Hilton because who's better to embody the nostalgic design of the bag?
Alongside Hilton, singer Kim Petras and Internet comedian Rickey Thompson star in a cute 30-second film that's giving us major feel-good flashbacks of early '00s mainstays such as group chats on messenger, glittery OTT fonts and flip phones. Catch the film below.
