Heed The Call Of A Dioriviera Summer
This year's edition of the Dioriviera summer capsule collection by Dior gets into a pink state of mind.

When it was first introduced in 2018, the Dioriviera line by Dior was just a fun, lifestyle-influenced capsule. Intended to capture a moment when consumers were starting to ache for a luxurious touch to their summer wardrobes, it featured classic French styles like marinier tops and ‘20s style maillot swimsuits.
Five years on, Dioriviera has become an annual affair to look out for. The Parisian couture maison has even started introducing pop-up and concept stores around the globe in glamorous destinations. With designs inspired by Provence – Monsieur Christian Dior, an avid gardener, loved the region – these seasonal installations have popped up in spots all around the world, including Desaru in Malaysia and Phuket in Thailand.

This year’s edition of the Dioriviera collection builds on its core signatures: pastel-coloured toile de jouy prints, breezy summer fabrics and materials, and a smorgasbord of beach-ready accessories to match. The toile de jouy, a modern house classic, is reimagined with tigers, monkeys and reptiles in a version dubbed the toile de jouy sauvage. It’s printed across bestselling bags like the Lady Dior and Book Tote, scarves, the linings of a wicker bag, and on classy yet comfy footwear like mules and pumps. Best of all, the collection’s key colour of pink is extremely on the money, with Barbie-mania making waves right now thanks to Greta Gerwig's film about the doll, which is set to open on July 20.
And while those fancy Dioriviera boutiques might be a flight or two away, there are options for summer magic a little closer to home in stores here. Below, our picks from the Dioriviera collection.
