Make Up For Ever's White Definition Powder Foundation corrects skin tone and provides dual coverage.
It takes an army of products to achieve perfect skin: a base to help makeup stay; colour correctors to colour correct skin tone; foundation to even skin colour; concealer to conceal flaws; loose powder to lessen shine... the list goes on. Which is where this compact foundation ($85) comes in. The very light, semi-matte powder has built-in colour correctors to neutralise the yellow and red undertones that make us look more sallow and blotchy.
It’s also humidity- and perspiration-proof, so it doesn’t run or smudge, with SPF30/PA++ to boot. The icing on the cake: the option of dual coverage, courtesy of its double-sided sponge. The smooth side provides medium coverage; the thick, softer side gives a transparent, loose powder finish. In four shades, at Sephora.
