Girl About Town Liv Lo Shares Her Latest Style Picks

The fun-loving model/host/yogi and founder of yoga community website StretchCity, who's in New York now to train with American model-turned-yoga teacher Tara Stiles, shares with Female her favourite shopping haunts and why she's obsessed with a pair of red heels. 

Favourite shopping haunts: "I am crazy about multi-label online fashion boutique The WYLD Shop (above, pieces from Australian grunge-punk label Evil Twin, which is stocked there). They are super affordable and I always find the cutest dresses, sunglasses and sandals that are carefully selected and bought in low quantities, so you are almost guaranteed to not see another girl wearing the same outfit as you. I also like to shop at high-fashion e-tailer Net-A-Porter because of the wide range of items they stock, and go to casual clothes brand American Apparel for basics, crop tops and some sexy staple denim or leather pieces. " 

Latest fashion buy: "My Kurt Geiger Britton heels, which I bought for $629. They are vamp! The stiletto is on-point while the (pointy-toed) shape gives me room to strut."

Favourite fashion inspirations: "Korean-American fashion blogger Aimee Song (@songofstyle, pictured right). I love her because of her free, natural spirit that translates into her own sense of style (she's often seen in casual tees and jeans paired with strappy heels). And Australian fashion blogger Margaret Zhang (@margaretzhang, pictured left) – I do not emulate her style, but I like the way she creates different shapes and textures on her petite frame (she's often spotted in oversized, menswear-inspired looks)."
