The Best-Dressed Guests At The 2026 Icon Ball
One of the highlights on the local society calendar is back – and these sparkly guests ensured it was not short of fashion moments.
By Carlos Keng,
ICON magazine’s annual gala returned on May 26, this time at Resorts World Convention Centre, bringing together people from across Singapore’s business, cultural, and social circles for a glittery evening.
The focus of the night was the Next ICON Awards, presented together with the Business Families Institute at Singapore Management University, which recognises leaders under 40 working within family businesses — and, in many cases, figuring out how to carry legacy brands into a different moment.
This year’s recipients were Shanya Amarasuriya (B.P. de Silva Jewellers), Alvin Choo (Kwong Cheong Thye), and Charmain Kwee (Eurokars Group), each acknowledged for the way they’re carrying established names forward.
A keynote by famed restauranteur Mr Loh Lik Peng, who works across heritage, culture, and education in Singapore, added another layer to the evening’s ongoing conversation around preservation and change.
But once the formalities were over, the tone of the night shifted. As it usually does, attention drifted back to the room — to what people were wearing, how they showed up, and how they interpreted the starry theme of the occasion. Below, the best-dressed guests from ICON Ball 2026.
