We've seen the , the flatforms, and the fanny pack resurface from the '90s and now it's the long-sleeve-over-short-sleeve layering trend that's made a comeback.
Seen on the street style mavens of the Fall/Winter'19 fashion shows, the once frowned upon style has been given a sophisticated twist that also makes for donning summer pieces in the cold season that much easier. One particular favourite way to wear it: a fitted turtleneck with a loose, printed, or chunky top thrown over.
