J'Adior: The Logo That's Won Our Stamp Of Approval

Maria Grazia Chiuri's debut Spring/Summer 2017 collection for Dior was a fresh take on daytime dressing. And the one motif we've been seeing everywhere is its most youthful design yet.

Tulle skirts, feminine frocks and sheer gowns ruled the Dior Spring Summer '17 runway. But amongst the delicate embroidery and ethereal gowns, the word "J'Adior" (a play on the French phrase "J'adore" aka "I love you") was a prominent theme throughout.

The French maison's intent: To give the couturier's surname "a new lease of life" as well as to use it as a "marker of recognition". And while brands have been splashing out on larger-than-life logos, Chiuri's approach was a lot more subtle (read: less in-your-face), but nonetheless edgy. Flats and pumps come adorned with text-y straps, while chokers are kept sleek and minimalist.

What other ways this is evidently a runaway success? Cool girls have been spotted rocking it in their off-duty and red carpet looks:

Bella Hadid is no stranger to the "dare to bare" look, and she wore a sexily sheer number from the collection with "J'Adior" adorned on the shoulder straps as well as the band of the short shorts.

Actress Dianna Agron stepped out in the black version, which was no less sexy and eye-catching.

Streetstyle star Chiara Ferragni injected a casually cool vibe to her outfit with it.

The J'Adior pumps will be the new white sneakers on the streetstyle circuit - and It girl Aimee Song styled it perfectly with the brand's intricately embroidered dress.
