One of France's most iconic fashion labels joins forces with a Japanese cultural icon to create one truly collectible collaboration.
The French leather goods expert taps on one of Japan’s most endearing cultural phenoms (and the highest global grossing media franchise of all time) in this, shall we say, electrifying collaboration that sees its signature Le Pliage tote given one kawaii update. The collection drops in stores on Oct 13.
Expect variations in embossed leather, the brand’s LGPmonogrammed canvas, and plain all-black canvas, each featuring different motifs of Pikachu. The too-cute yellow mascot even gets a never-before-seen makeover on the last-mentioned style, spruced up in a specially designed jockey’s helmet that’s a cute wink to Longchamp’s equestrian logo.
