At Longchamp, pink takes centrestage for Spring 2025 as a symbol of joy and renewal. The collection features a wide range of pinks, from soft ballerina pastels to inky beetroot hues and a Barbie-esque fuchsia. Creative director Sophie Delafontaine sums up the collection’s vibrant energy: “At Longchamp, we love colours that exude optimism and energy. Pink, in all its shades, speaks to a free spirit. It’s time to think pink!”
The pink colour palette in Longchamp's Spring 2025 collection ranges from a sophisticated beetroot shade (above) to a soft powdery blush.
In the hands of Delafontaine, the colour pink becomes a playful and refreshing new neutral in finishes spanning cosy velvet and wool knits to sequins and leather, offering options for every occasion. Take the striking velvet suit or knitted pencil skirt with Longchamp's horse logo stamped all over, for example – both in shocking pink, they make a bold alternative for the corporate siren.
An effortless yet chic alternative to a shirt, Longchamp recently introduced a kimono wrap top that can be cinched like a shirt or worn unbuttoned as a lightweight layering jacket.
For something casual with a sporty edge, there's a baby pink faux fur blouson crafted from recycled polyester, as well as the brand's modern take on a kimono wrap top – a signature introduced recently – in an unexpected flamingo pink hue. The fun factor rises with the likes of a pyjama set with a cropped tee that's covered all-over in light pink sequins – the perfect comfy-chic festive fit.
Longchamp’s take on fashionable lounge chic is a rosy dream: a faux fur blouson teamed with plush velvet sweatpants.
Of course, there are the bags to match – Longchamp after all is the heritage leather goods expert that's behind covetable bags such as the ultra-handy Le Pliage and new mini Boston-style carrier, the Daylong. This season, its distinctive, '90s-born signature bag, the Le Roseau – recognisable by its bamboo-inspired toggle clasp – gets extra playful with unexpected finishes.
One of the highlights of Longchamp’s Le Roseau XS handbag is a version reimagined in soft, velvety cotton canvas.
Cue the hot pink cotton canvas version of the Le Roseau XS handbag – it's exterior has been treated to mimic the plush texture of velvet and it comes for the first time with a detachable chain shoulder strap that lends a youthful, rock 'n’ roll edge.
Create a striking ensemble with pieces from the collection: a blush pink sweater, plush velvet trousers, and a whimsical Le Roseau XS bucket bag in faux fur.
Equally eye-catching is the Le Roseau XS bucket bag, reimagined in recycled canvas with a pale pink fuzzy, fur-like finish to match the aforementioned faux fur blouson or other travel-friendly, collegiate-inspired separates such as graphic sweatshirts. Designed for versatility, it comes with a top handle, and an adjustable and removable shoulder strap so one gets both practicality and novelty.
