The word of this season? Throwback. Cue the neckerchief. Last seen in 2015, this scarf is making its rounds on all the Spring/Summer 2020 runways. Spotted in colours matching (or contrasting) outfits, the neck scarf has made its way back into the books of brands like Givenchy and Acne.
While the neckerchief might be a compact accessory, don’t underestimate its ability to elevate an outfit. Wear it tight and close to the neck for a more nautical look, or wear a longer scarf and looser for a boys scout look. The wide range of coloured scarfs also makes it a great way to amp up your wardrobe.
