The Five Easy Steps To Get Your Pumps And Stiletto Sandals Personalised At Prada

prada made-to-order

As footwear maestro Jimmy Choo shared with us, not everyone is exactly blessed with perfectly symmetrical feet. Which makes perfect sense to have made-to-measure shoes. Prada's ongoing footwear customisation series has nothing to do with that. But the add-ons it allows for your shoes is an attractive proposition for those who want something special and personal with their luxury goods.

This year's service, which focuses on classic pumps and stiletto sandals, will be available at the brand's Ion and Paragon boutiques, from April 28 to May 2, and from May 4 to May 8, respectively. Italian artisans would be on hand to assemble the shoes, which take about 10 weeks to complete.

What makes this year's personalisation different from the previous years is how customers are allowed to add charms, date of birth or their lucky numbers on top of their initials for the soles for the first time. For a complete picture of the service, we share a step-by-step guide here.
