Floral Prints, Pastels & More Girly Dresses From Raoul's Latest Collection

The home-grown label’s gone the e-tail route 100 per cent except for one: a dedicated outpost at Robinsons The Heeren.

Pinpointing Raoul among the racks of womenswear in Robinsons The Heeren should not be difficult: Just keep an eye out for a riot of peppy hues. Inspired by nature, the home-grown label’s latest collection is a pick-me-up with its colour palette of corals, lilacs, sea-foam greens and lemon yellow.

The clothes, meanwhile, are what its creative director Odile Benjamin does best: upgraded wardrobe classics with a tinge of vintage. For Spring/Summer ’16, a nod to the ’70s appears in the form of halter dresses, culotte jumpsuits, laced-up tops and exposed shoulders.

Then there are the elegant touches. White floral guipure lace looks polished and chic when added to mini shorts, rompers or the sleeves of a tee. Meanwhile, a leaf motif appears on coats and dresses, the pattern either silkscreen-printed or hand-painted on jacquard. $150-$730, available at Level 2 Robinsons The Heeren

An adapted version first appeared in The Robs Report in Female's April 2016 issue.
