Saint Laurent's Latest Accessories Collection Is Both Vibrant And Exotic
Blending influences from Marrakech, night-time London, and Paris' Rive Gauche, Saint Laurent's creative director Anthony Vaccarello serves up his most vibrant and exotic selection of bags and shoes for the French label.
Distinguished by sculptural, towering heels in the shape of the brand's Cassandre logo, the Opyum shoe line introduces its first sandal this season. Meanwhile, the Kate shoulder bag gets a tribal update with authentic Berber-style stone embroidery.

As a nod to Yves Saint Laurent's long-time partnership with plumassier (aka feather-maker) Andre Lemarie, Vaccarello adorned spindly sandals and calf-high boots with frothy layers of ostrich plumage. The result: some of the season's most flamboyant and glamorous shoes.

Spring's Marrakech influence turns up in the form of tapestry and tassels on two of the brand's most popular bag style: the College satchel and Kate shoulder bag.

Debuting this season: the hat box-style Mica top-handle bag, which comes in a chic hand-carry appropriate "M" (pictured), and a more everyday-friendly "S" with a detachable shoulder strap; and the plush and roomy Jamie shoulder bag with an archival-inspired quilted finish.
