The Anti-Hype Fashion Movement: Silent Streetwear

Truth is, unless you're really a streetwear connoisseur, you might not have known much or heard of these labels. Which makes the genre they fall under – silent streetwear – all the more apt. Here, we spotlight the labels to know and the pieces to cop.

Think of a 'less is more' approach and streetwear isn't likely to be the first genre of clothing that comes to mind. While many fashion labels have recently taken to a trend-defying mode of producing garments these days, it seems that streetwear – contrary to popular belief – has been doing so for years, albeit on the down-low.
