Her fit: "I am wearing a cardigan that belongs to my mother and a singlet that I have owned since I was 14 years old. The pants are from Obey, which I got from a Vans sale. My socks were a gift from my uncle in Thailand, and my shoes were a gift from my partner. My bandana is from a tattoo parlor in Hawaii."
The inspiration behind her outfit: "The inspiration for my outfit came from my mood, as I always select my clothes according to it. Today, I was in the mood for comfort, so I began with these pants and built the rest of my outfit around them. I would also say that I take inspiration from the skateboarding scene, with the baggy pants adding to the overall relaxed vibe.
Her personal style: “My style effortlessly blends skateboarding culture with streetwear, featuring a mix of baggy pants and fitted tops in vibrant colours and patterns. Overall, my look exudes a casual yet bold vibe, combining laid-back ease with meticulous attention to detail for a uniquely curated aesthetic.”
Her favourite way to accessorise: “I love accessorising with statement jewellery, headwear, and/or necklaces to add a personalised touch. I always prioritise comfort without sacrificing style.”

Her fit: "I found my top on Carousell, and my skirt is also thrifted, from Axes Femme, an online shop on Telegram. My shoes are from New Rocks, and my bag was thrifted in Malaysia. I crocheted my hat by hand, and my necklaces are hand-me-downs from my aunt and a string from a bouquet."
The inspiration behind her outfit: “I recently finished crocheting the beanie I’m wearing right now and wanted to style it with a soft lolita look.”
Her personal style: "My style is quite eclectic, to be honest. I usually prioritize comfort, but when I'm in the mood for something more adventurous, I love experimenting with layering and mixing different textures."
Her favourite way to accessorise: "Lately, I've been completely hooked on patterned tights for accessorising! It's fascinating how they can elevate a basic outfit, especially with the surge in abstract printed designs. They're almost like customisable Sims skins! I typically pair them with miniskirts and dresses."

His fit: "My top is from my friend Lydia Kok's (@lydiak0k) graduate collection, and I handmade my wool trousers as part of my diploma graduate collection. The crochet scarf is by Lance Aeron (@l.ance), and I'm sporting Maison Margiela Tabi boots. For accessories, I've got sunglasses from Gentle Monster, a watch from @bredastudio, and the bag is from COS."
The inspiration behind his outfit: “I wanted to wear something that represented my final-year project (@sanctity.of.self) for the graduate exhibition opening night of the Lasalle Show. So, I wore a piece from one of the shoots, which is the crochet scarf, and styled it into a skirt-slash-belt. I had a shirt that paired nicely with it and has a similar crochet detail.”
His personal style: “Utilitarian with a delicate touch.”
His favourite way to accessorise: “I am currently into using interesting hairstyles to elevate any outfit I wear.”

His fit: "My jacket is thrifted from a store located in Lucky Plaza and my jeans are the Straight Cut Selvedge Jeans by Edwin. I got my boots from Youths In Balaclava, and my bag from GU. My watch is a Seiko Sport 5 watch and my rings are from Kunst Gallery.
The inspiration behind his outfit: “I was inspired by the weather of the day. It was raining and a little gloomy when I was heading out, so I decided to wear a black and dark outfit. The choice of a leather jacket was practical, as a little rain wouldn’t bother me too much. The leopard print adds a little pop as well.”
His personal style: “I would say that most of the time, my personal style is based on vintage Americana, featuring denim and thicker knitwear items. I also like to play around with different textures and colors, such as wearing a cropped shirt or silk on a hot day.”
His favourite way to accessorise: "I don’t like to over-accessorize. Instead, I prefer to keep it simple by wearing a few silver rings and a watch. I believe in keeping my accessories minimalistic. To me, less is more!

Her fit: "My dress is from H&M. My bag is Scipaprock, and I thrifted my shoes. For accessories, I am wearing a necklace and earrings from Closet Children."
The inspiration behind her outfit: "I would describe my outfit as if Anne Hathaway and Zoe Kravitz had a child. This hypothetical offspring would also occasionally obsess over ‘nu metal,’ a music genre that combines heavy metal with elements from other genres such as hip hop, grunge, and alternative rock."
Her personal style: “If I were to put it into two words, it would be 'corporate goth'.”
Her current fashion obsession: “I have been recently inspired by brands such as Ann Demeulemeester, Schiaparelli and Balenciaga. I think these brands have shaped my sense of style one way or another.”

His fit: "My top is a band tee from the (Singapore) band Unknown Radicals' show in 2019. My pants are Scanner Fundamental blue denim jeans that I thrifted from Vintage Night Market Melaka. My boots are pleather ankle boots gifted from my dad, and my watch is a SKMEI piece."
The inspiration behind his outfit: "I aimed to achieve a cool yet comfortable look. I own these highly distinctive work jeans that I purchased in Malacca. I wear them so frequently that I've had to patch them numerous times. I also enjoy personalising the pieces I wear to make them uniquely mine; hence, I often add patches, crop them, or remove sleeves to customise them a bit. I did the same with the Unknown Radicals shirt I’m wearing in this outfit."
His personal style: "It's a blend of comfort, simplicity, and personalisation. I prefer to stick to basics, such as my jeans, which I pair with either my old Lacoste sneakers or some leather ankle boots. Then, I choose a shirt based on my mood and accessoriscce sparingly to complement the outfit. I'm open to wearing anything as long as it flatters my body type and makes me feel good."
His thrifting tip: "I would recommend going to Malaysia for thrifting, as the spots there are much larger. You'll find plenty of places where you can discover pieces that you wouldn't typically find in Singapore. During one of my visits, I stumbled upon a bargain bin stocked with video game T-shirts, including a Final Fantasy 7 shirt, an Assassin's Creed Unity shirt that I cropped, and a really cool Persona 4 Dancing All Night T-shirt.
Another spot I would suggest is Jalan Jalan Japan, which has several outlets across Malaysia, offering a vast collection of unique clothes and accessories. Alternatively, making local friends and asking them to take you to their favourite thrifting spots can also be fruitful.
However, it's essential to ensure that you're only purchasing from stores specifically meant for buying 'thrifted' clothes. Avoid going to places just because they're cheap, as this could take away opportunities from those who truly rely on them."

Her fit: "My black sari is from Soch India and my bandeau top is from H&M. I thrifted my heels and my bag is from Pedro. For accessories, I am wearing an Indian head jewellery piece called maang tikka. I got this piece from Kushal’s. My golden cuff is from a street shop in Bangalore, and my earrings are thrifted."
The inspiration behind her outfit: “My inspiration behind this outfit is my graduation project, Tjori. Since it's the opening night of the Lasalle Show, I wanted to stay connected to my project and my culture in the best possible way. Tjori delves into the richness and beauty of Indian jewellery, aiming to portray it in a modern light that resonates with Generation Z. Drawing from this, I wore a sari a traditional Indian dress, and paired it with a bandeau top and a more contemporary drape, embodying the fusion of tradition and modernity.”
Her current favourite obsession: "I'm in love with the bohemian aesthetic, finding inspiration in various cultures and integrating them to craft something exquisite. I relish experimenting and never confine myself to a single style. The fusion of Indian culture with Western clothing particularly captivates me. For instance, I enjoy pairing a bindi with Western attire or incorporating silver bangles or cuffs into my ensemble. This amalgamation of diverse influences enables me to articulate my fashion preferences."
Her favourite way of styling Indian jewellery: “I enjoy incorporating elements of Indian jewellery to enhance my outfits. Whether it's pairing long skirts with jhumka earrings or adorning a long dress with an oxidized choker, I enjoy creating a beautiful juxtaposition. This fusion brings a touch of elegance and cultural richness to my everyday style, making it both fun and unique."
