This Nars Eyeshadow Palette Can Be Used Wet or Dry. Here's How.

This innovative Nars Dual-Intensity eyeshadow palette can be used wet or dry so you can better control the colour payoff. We show you how.

What's in the palette: Eight shimmering shades ranging from soft pink to dark grey, and a special brush made of synthetic nylon fibres so eyeshadow can be applied dry or wet.

When used dry, the eyeshadow looks more intense because the brush can pick up more pigments. For a more subtle colour, use the brush wet (all you need to do is to spritz water on the brush head two or three times).
