Good news for fans of Uniqlo U: Business of Fashion has reported that French designer Christophe Lemaire, who heads Uniqlo's Paris R&D Center and designs the Uniqlo U line, has recently extended his contract with the Japanese fast fashion retailer for another five years.
Also teasing fans is the upcoming launch of the the Uniqlo U Fall/Winter 2018 collection, which hits the brand's Orchard Central store and online on 14 September, with a second drop scheduled for 12 October.
Price points remain similar to previous collections and while fall collections are typically more muted compared to their sunnier brethrens, there are a lot of rich reds, fuchsias and marigolds to infuse some much needed colour to our year-end wardrobes.
