Anthony Vaccarello Debuts His First Exhibition At Saint Laurent's Concept Store

Last month, Saint Laurent's Rive Droite was on just about everyone's radar. After taking over the previous location of the iconic Colette, the store has been blurring the lines between fashion store and exhibition space. Located at Number 213 Rue Saint Honore, it takes inspiration from its brand history and in this case, the Rive Gauche line that transformed Yves Saint Laurent from a high-end couturier to a ready-to-wear boutique in the '60s.

The real intrigue of the concept store doesn't just lie in the exclusive Saint Laurent by Rive Droite ready-to-wear pieces. The limited edition lifestyle collectables available also add to its grandeur - ranging from vinyls, books and now high-end furniture and artworks as well. Curated by creative director Anthony Vaccarello, the exhibition features rare and unique pieces from Japanese photographer Daido Moriyama, fashion photographer Helmut Newton as well as Japanese fashion photographer, Hiro. Pieces from Paris' Patrick Seguin Gallery will also be available, from architects like Jean Prouve to  Pierre Jeanneret. As with all things Saint Laurent, you can expect a considered curation of sleek, cool and moody collectors items.
