The movie adaptation of gothic romance novel Wuthering Heights, directed by Emerald Fennel, is steadily approaching cinemas near us, but while we eagerly await its Singapore release on February 12 2026, something else has completely taken over our feeds. Just when we thought she couldn’t possibly top her iconic Barbie press tour looks, lead actress Margot Robbie returns to prove us all wrong – debuting a new brooding, romantic fashion era.

This latest press tour style chapter is the brainchild of Robbie’s stylist Andrew Mukamal (the same genius behind her Barbie-era fashion run) and we’ve been loving the fits he has been putting her in. From precious John Galliano archival gems to custom couture statement gowns, here are Robbie’s best Wuthering Heights 2026 press tour looks that prove to us why she remains one of Hollywood’s ultimate fashion chameleons.

1. Goth glamour – Margot Robbie in Roberto Cavalli

Kicking off the press tour in style, Mukamal dressed Robbie in a black velvet-trimmed Roberto Cavalli mini dress with dramatic bell sleeves, pairing the look with ultra-high Christian Louboutin heels, pearl-drop earrings and a statement burgundy velvet choker featuring a sparkling Cavalli ruby that’s hard to miss. To finish, Robbie’s crimped blonde locks added an untamed edge, channelling the feral romance of Catherine, her character in the film.

2. Edgy elegance – Margot Robbie in Alexander McQueen

Robbie delivered serious gothic elegance in an Alexander McQueen dress for her Jimmy Kimmel Live! appearance in Los Angeles. Styled with sleek shield sunglasses and a pair of simple black heels, the look featured delicate floral motifs over lacy fabric finished with raw, frayed edges.

3. Flurry of feathers – Margot Robbie in Victoria Beckham

Inspired by a quote in Emily Brontë’s 1847 Wuthering Heights – in which Catherine is described as “pulling the feathers from the rents she had just made” – Mukamal turned to Victoria Beckham for not one, but two feathered looks. The first saw Robbie in a SS26 white feather-plastered mini dress, paired with nude heels for an elegant look. The second offered a striking contrast: a SS26 black feathered top that leaned darker and more dramatic.

4. Hugged in snakeskin – Margot Robbie in Dilara Findikoglu

Drawing inspiration from the line “I’d rather be hugged by a snake” from the 1847 novel, Mukamal pulled from Dilara Findikoglu’s AW25 collection to bring to life this full snakeskin moment for Robbie’s appearance at the Beverly Hills junket. Featuring an underbust corset top with bold lace-up sleeves, a matching micro skirt, and a spiky statement bra – the striking crimson red three-piece set was complemented by Manolo Blahnik pumps and Jessica McCormack jewellery.

5. Like a rose – Margot Robbie in Schiaparelli

Exuding full gothic glamour at the Wuthering Heights World Premiere in Los Angeles, Robbie stunned in a custom black-and-red Schiaparelli gown by Daniel Roseberry, featuring a lace-drenched floral bodice that blooms into a sweeping rose-like ombre skirt. Yet the most arresting detail wasn’t the dress itself, but the iconic heart-shaped Taj Mahal diamond necklace – a historic jewel famously gifted by Richard Burton to the late Elizabeth Taylor.

6. Bows and bandages – Margot Robbie in MARKGONG

Equal parts chic and edgy, Robbie was dressed head-to-toe in SS26 MARKGONG. While the sheer black slip dress – double layered over a red bralette and floral midi – set the tone, all eyes were inevitably drawn to her black bandage leather heels. The look carried a subversive edge, softened by blink-and-you’ll-miss-them pink bows scattered through her golden locks, adding a soft contrast to the otherwise dark, sensual ensemble. Can you really blame us for being obsessed with this look?

7. Velveteen queen – Margot Robbie in Chanel

Opting for a deceptively simple yet high-impact moment, Mukamal dressed Robbie in a custom Chanel red velveteen corset gown complete with a dramatic feathered train and white underskirt crafted by Matthieu Blazy. The look was elevated with a matching Lorraine Schwartz red velvet choker, anchoring a massive rectangular diamond attached to a pear drop stone – together totalling over 100 carats.

8. All-black allure – Margot Robbie in Thom Browne

For the Sacre Coeur premiere in Paris, Robbie went all in on black with a custom Thom Browne Couture look. The lace, off-the-shoulder corset minidress was finished with sculptural peplum and an unexpected garter skirt, paired with black-calf leather Thom John platforms and a custom Jessica McCormack cross-pendant choker for a darkly decadent finish.

9. Off-duty chic – Margot Robbie in Dilara Findikoglu

From red carpets to the streets of London, Robbie slipped effortlessly into model off-duty mode in a full Dilara Findikoglu ensemble. The look paired a red floral hand-dyed SS23 corset top with a pair of AW25 low-rise leather buckled tar-treatment jeans and Dilara Findikoglu’s first-ever Hysteria Bag. The laid-back look was complete with Gentle Monster x Maison Margiela shades and Paris Texas pumps.

10. Archival glam – Margot Robbie in John Galliano

Putting a high-fashion spin on Victorian dressing, Robbie stunned in a SS92 John Galliano floor-length metallic coat dress, complete with fur-trimmed shoulder pads. Adorned with jade-green floral print, the look was playfully contrasted with a black mini skirt, silver Manolo Blahnik pumps and red-hot stockings – while sweet pink bows added a whimsical touch to the opulent ensemble.

11. Textures and tabis – Margot Robbie in Maison Margiela

A masterclass in pattern mixing, Mukamal showed us exactly how it’s done with this artisanal Glenn Martens Maison Margiela look that he styled Robbie in. For a bold, avant garde moment, Mukamal paired a FW25 couture painterly-printed abstract jacket over a black-and-white textured dress with gathered tulle for Robbie’s appearance on Quotidien (yes, that French show with impeccable lighting). The cherry on top? Her distressed white-painted tabi hoof stompers with an exaggerated silhouette and pointed front.

12. Queen of the Moors – Margot Robbie in Dilara Findikoglu

The moors called – and Margot Robbie answered. Drawing inspiration from Charlotte Brontë’s hair bracelet believed to be made of the tresses of her sisters Emily and Anne, Mukamal dressed Robbie in an outlandish yet undeniably striking custom Dilara Findikoglu hair dress that radiated pure mythic, moorland glamour. This nude-toned sheer gown was wrapped in intricately hand-braided hair, styled into cascading rope-like strands – an audacious red carpet moment that turned heads and grabbed the attention of the internet.

13. Vintage with a modern spin – Margot Robbie in John Galliano

Another look from the John Galliano archives saw Robbie dressed in an exquisite SS97 seafoam-green vintage ensemble. The outfit featured a richly textured brocade top, paired with sleek, pared-back trousers, before being finished with a fringe-trimmed scarf tied low around the waist like a skirt. This theatrical number is a reminder of Galliano’s gift for drama, and Robbie’s ability to make even the most archival pulls feel strikingly current.

14. LBD goes punk – Margot Robbie in Vivienne Westwood

You can’t go wrong with a little black dress – and Margot Robbie clearly agrees. Stepping out in a vintage Vivienne Westwood FW88 design, she paired a leather corset with a quilted bubble skirt, elevating the look further with sculptural Christian Louboutin lace-up heels that brought a sharp, fashion-forward edge to the timeless silhouette.
