Outfits From Zendaya’s Romantic Method Dressing Era That Have Us Falling Head Over Heels

Between The Drama press tour, as well as ahem, wedding rumours with Tom Holland, it seems like Hollywood darling Zendaya has found herself at the centre of quite a bit of attention lately. After a year of laying low, Z has returned to gear up for a year jam-packed with movie and series appearances – starring in A24’s The Drama, Euphoria season 3, Dune: Part Three, The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day. All we can say is: be prepared for a whole lot of Zendaya in 2026. Not that we’re complaining.

As she ushers in a more romantic period of her life (both personally and professionally), you just know that Hollywood’s ultimate fashion chameleon had to method dress for the part – bringing that romantic newlywed flair to her press tour looks and other recent public appearances. It’s safe to say that Margot Robbie’s Wuthering Heights press tour looks have some serious competition. Here are some of Zendaya’s recent romantic bridal-inspired looks that have us waiting impatiently for the next. 

1. Something old: Zendaya in Vivienne Westwood

If this Zendaya look seems familiar, rest assured that your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you. First worn to her Oscars debut in 2015, this off-shoulder Vivienne Westwood bridal gown was pulled from the Zendaya archives by her legendary stylist, Law Roach, for a comeback on the white carpet of The Drama’s Los Angeles premiere. This time, she accessorised the silk gown with Chopard jewellery and matching ivory pumps.

2. Something new: Zendaya in custom Louis Vuitton

Zendaya served wedding dress perfection with this custom Louis Vuitton gown she wore to The Drama’s Paris premiere. The elegant white gown featured a cheeky cut-out back and dramatic black bow that flowed into a long bridal train. The romantic piece by Nicolas Ghesquière was finished with David Morris jewellery and a pair of black stilettos. 

3. Something borrowed: Zendaya in Cache

Who better to borrow a dress from other than style icons Whitney Houston and Carrie Bradshaw? Arriving at the Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards, Zendaya wore an off-shoulder vintage Cache white mini dress that featured an oversized hibiscus brushed with gold paint – an iconic movie look inspired by the Eugene Alexander piece previously worn by Whitney Houston for the cover of Life Magazine in 1987 and Sarah Jessica Parker in the 2008 Sex and the City movie. 

4. Something blue: Zendaya in Alexander McQueen

For her late night appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Zendaya’s choice of something blue was this sheer Alexander McQueen blue halterneck dress that featured pastel watercolour-like florals and a sweeping ruffled skirt. She paired the romantic look with matching pastel blue pumps.

Imagine showing up to the chapel for your wedding and having none other than Zendaya there to officially witness and sign your wedding license. Well, that was the reality for some newlyweds in Las Vegas when the star turned up to crash weddings at The Drama’s wedding chapel. Ditching the bridal whites, Zendaya surprised couples in a cute gold Louis Vuitton Spring 2004 outfit featuring a gold corset-style top and ruffled multi-tiered gold speckled skirt – and, is that a gold wedding band we spy on her finger? 

6. Hollywood glamour: Zendaya in custom Louis Vuitton

While many of us were caught up in the awards frenzy at the Oscars last week, some may have noticed Zendaya’s surprise appearance on stage, despite skipping the red carpet where we were graced with a slate of stylish celebrity looks. She showed up with her The Drama co-star Robert Pattinson to present the Best Director award at the 2026 Oscars, wearing a custom one-shoulder floor-length mocha brown Louis Vuitton gown, Cindy Chao jewellery and a diamond-encrusted Rolex watch.

Is it really Z if she doesn’t pop out in at least one androgynous outfit? The power suit lover wore a Moschino Fall 2026 look that featured a grey blazer layered over a white blouse with flowing ruffled sleeves, finished with a pair of matching grey bermudas and white Christian Louboutins. 

8. Wedding after-party twist: Zendaya in Harris Reed

Zendaya isn’t your typical bride, and this look proves it. She showed up to The Drama’s afterparty in Los Angeles wearing a Harris Reed Fluid Bridal sheer two-piece – a look inspired by Prince’s iconic 1985 Purple Rain Tour stage outfit. It featured a lacy floral white top with a long ribbon tied at the collar and matching high-waisted flared trousers complete with gold buttons. 

9. Runway bride: Zendaya in Fall Winter 2026 Louis Vuitton 

Playful, dramatic and fun. These are clearly the qualities of a Zendaya-approved wedding gown. Straight off the runway and onto her body, Zendaya sported this flouncy white dress with an oversized fanned-out collar that debuted just this month at Nicolas Ghesquière’s Louis Vuitton Fall Winter 2026 show during Paris Fashion Week. Her stylish tousled bob is really the star that completes the look.
