Why The Sunda Music Festival Is One For The Cultural History Books
Its name: Sunda Festival. The programme: a two-day, one-night shindig billed as Singapore’s first music-meets-camping festival scheduled to take place Sept 30 to Oct 1. Its wild location: Sarimbun Scout Camp – a cloistered, jungle-esque camping ground in Lim Chu Kang that most locals would associate foremost with secondary-school-mandated courses meant to build, erm, ruggedness, resilience and leadership skills.
