By Zhang Sijia & Shazrina Shamsudin,
The annual entertainment awards ceremony Star Awards 2025 was held on July 6. Besides local fan-favourites such as Tyler Ten, Pierre Png, Zhang Ze Tong, Tasha Low and more in attendance, overseas stars such as Chow Yun-fat also added to the star-studded night.
As usual, we oohed and aahed at the best fashion and beauty looks of the night. And who can forget about the bling that added more glitz and glamour to the occasion? Here, find out how local celebs used jewellery and watches to add sparkle to their looks.
CHRISTOPHER LEE
Christopher Lee may have walked away with a haul of awards, but he also won hearts with his effortlessly classy red carpet look. He wore Cartier from head to toe, including the striking Tank Chinoise Skeleton Watch in platinum with blue and red lacquer, paired with the Juste un Clou earrings and LOVE ring.
FANN WONG
Fann Wong looked every bit the icon in a sleek white ensemble that radiated elegance. She completed the look with high jewellery pieces from Cartier: the Essential Lines earrings, Reflection de Cartier necklace, and a Diamonds Collection bracelet.
CHANTALLE NG
Chantalle Ng looked like a dream in her soft, sculptural gown. To add just the right amount of sparkle, she turned to Cartier’s Creative Collection, of which she paired her look with statement earrings and a matching ring in white gold, emeralds, rock crystal, onyx, and diamonds.
DESMOND NG
Desmond Ng kept things fresh in an all-white ensemble, complete with a sheer shirt and oversized floral brooch. But what stood out the most was his Omega Speedmaster 38 on his wrist. Clean, classic, and quietly luxe, this beautiful timepiece was the accessory that pulled his whole outfit together.
CARRIE WONG
When it comes to red carpet glam, Carrie Wong does it best. She wore a fiery red number on the Walk of Fame and doubled down on the theme with Omega’s Constellation 29mm in steel and Sedna™ gold, complete with a matching red leather strap.
ANN KOK
Understated? Not a chance. Unforgettable? Absolutely.
Ann Kok was standing on business in a sleek black power suit, letting the diamonds do the talking. She wore the Paris Flames brooch from Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany & Co., the edgy Tiffany Titan earrings by Pharrell Williams, and the bold Tiffany Rope watch—all in yellow gold and decked out in diamonds.
JOANNE PEH
Joanne Peh kept things pared-back but powerful in a black embellished gown and jewels that quietly stole the show. She wore a Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany & Co. pendant featuring a rubellite, diamonds and pink sapphires, paired with the matching pink sapphire and diamond watch, and Flame ear clips that brought major sparkle and elegance.
REBECCA LIM
Poised, polished and powerful, Rebecca Lim definitely knows how to make a statement. At the Walk of Fame, the star was seen in a body-hugging sheer black dress and accessorised with some serious sparkle. She wore the iconic Bird on a Rock brooch by Jean Schlumberger for Tiffany & Co., paired with Tiffany Victoria® Mixed Cluster earrings and a high jewellery ring in platinum and yellow gold.
SHEILA SIM
It’s all in the details for Sheila Sim. While her dreamy, sculptural outfit did most of the talking, she let the jewels whisper—stacking up on rose gold and diamonds from Tiffany & Co., including the HardWear link earrings, T1 rings, and the Tiffany Knot Ring.
SHARON AU
Sharon Au looked absolutely radiant in a gorgeous red dress as she sashayed down the Walk of Fame. She completed the look with pieces from Chaumet’s Joséphine collection: the Aigrette Impériale necklace and ring, and the Valse Impériale earrings. The design of these accessories perfectly complemented her ensemble, with the necklace especially drawing attention to her décolletage.
RICHIE KOH
Richie Koh, who was named one of the Top 10 Most Popular Male Artistes, pulled off not one but two Chaumet ensembles on the red carpet. While both looks had their own charm, it was his second that truly stole the spotlight. He completed the outfit with a Bee My Love necklace and Liens bracelet—subtle touches that added just the right amount of shine.
PIERRE PNG
Pierre Png kept it simple, but let his wrist do the talking. For the third year running, he showed up in Jacob & Co., but this time with The World Is Yours Dual Time Zone. Bold and refined, the rose gold timepiece features twin sub-dials and a domed sapphire crystal that catches the light just right.
FELICIA CHIN
Our eyes were on Felicia Chin’s earrings this time. The Singaporean actress wore Jacob & Co. High Jewellery to the Star Awards 2025, pairing her red-carpet look with standout pieces from the Ashoka Diamond and Rare Touch collections. The Ashoka Diamonds added quiet elegance with their rare cut, while the Rare Touch Diamond Bow Tie brought a dose of drama: 35 carats’ worth, to be exact.
