WATCH VIDEO: Cartier's Glittering Tribute To Marilyn Monroe

Cartier proves that diamonds are a girl's (and bride's!) best friend with this glittering take on Marilyn Monroe's 1953 musical number. And brides will fall in love with the stunning diamond pieces!

The lavish jewellery pieces in Cartier's latest mini movie had us all swooning! Paying tribute to Marilyn Monroe, Paris and diamonds, the film, directed by Johan Renck, features British model and singer-songwriter Karen Elson who channels the 50s screen siren while draped in stunning Cartier pieces (including the Pur Absolu necklace with a 30.21-carat pear -shaped diamond and Trinity XXL bracelet paved with 2727 diamonds!) that will add instant glamour to any bridal look.

In the film, Elson sings a remake of the "Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend" from the 1953 film Gentlemen Prefer Blondes while waltzing through the City of Lights and is accompanied by a troop of dashing gentlemen. She also passes iconic Paris landmarks including Place Vendome and the Grand Palais, then sails down the Seine in a dazzling boat and hops onto a stunning Ferris wheel towering over the city scape.
