Prada Beauty Is Finally Available In Singapore
Singapore, Prada Beauty just dropped—prepare for a luxe collection that’s ready to disrupt your beauty routine.
By Sarah Adriana,
It’s official! Prada Beauty has just debuted in Singapore bringing with it a bold new vision of beauty that blurs the lines between art, tech, and self-expression. The luxury brand’s full range of makeup, skincare, and fragrances is now available and you can get it at Prada Beauty’s new counter at Tangs at Tangs Plaza.
Any beauty fiend would have read about the launch of Prada Beauty, which comprises skincare and makeup, in 2023 - it was a big moment of expansion for the Italian house, given its history as a trend-setting powerhouse in the fashion scene. Or should we say relaunch - after all, Prada had its own skincare line in the early 2000s, but it's since been discontinued.
Step into luxury: Prada Beauty's sleek new counter at TANGS, where bold innovation meets timeless elegance. Ready to redefine your beauty routine?
Fans of the brand will know that a Prada Beauty store already exists at Vivocity, which only carries the brand's fragrances - the new Tangs at Tang Plaza counter stocks the full range of Prada Beauty, including makeup and skincare, alongside fragrances.
Key things to look out for include that viral Prada Moisturising Lip Balm in shade 001 Astral Pink that took the Internet by storm last year when it made a cameo in Sabrina Carpenter’s Please, Please, Please music video and subsequently appeared on her TikTok page. P.S. the balm may look blue in the tube, but it’s a pH-adjusting formula that transforms into a rosy pink with a glossy finish when applied.
Our digital editor, Reta Lee, got her hands on the balm on one of her trips to Japan last year and this is what she has to say: “I’m obsessed with the sleek packaging and I couldn’t resist the clicking sounds as the magnetic clasps close together. As for the texture, I like that it slides on smoothly and the coverage lasts about an hour without drinking or eating. The colour-changing lip balm does give my lips a slight tint pink colour and I love that!"
Here, we take a closer look at some of the items you can expect to snag at the new Prada Beauty counter:
Prada Dimensions Eyeshadow palette in 02 Profusion, $150
Drawing from its rich fashion archives, Prada translated its quirky prints (over 27,000 of them!) and shrunk them down into eyeshadow form — enter Dimensions, a set of six fashion-y palettes, each serving up three neutrals and one wildly fun accent shade (it's very Prada to have a twist to conventional beauty standards).
They come in various finishes, including satin, soft matte, and metallic and the formula is said to be silky, pigmented, and powered by fancy Micro-Pixel™ tech for one-swipe payoff that stays put for 12 hours — no fallout, no fuss.
Prada Monochrome Hyper Matte and Soft Matte Lipsticks, $70 each
Prada’s take on matte lipstick is exactly what you’d expect from the house that made the notion of "ugly-chic" a thing - high-concept, deeply wearable, and just a little subversive. Monochrome comes in 26 shades across two matte finishes: Hyper Matte, inspired by the house's famous Saffiano leather with bold, punchy colour payoff, and the Soft Matte counterpart delivers gently blurred shades that nod to the the soft sheen of Prada's signature nylon fabric.
Both glide on like a dream thanks to Micro-Fit tech and come with skincare-level ingredients (hello, bifidus extract and jojoba oil), so your lips stay plush, not parched. Bonus: they’re refillable, gorgeously packaged, and the bullets come shaped in Prada's iconic triangle motif.
Prada Balm Lip Optimising Care in U000 Universal, $70
This is a sleek, skincare-first lip essential designed to hydrate, smooth, and subtly enhance your lips’ natural tone. Infused with bifidus extract and jojoba oil, it offers up to 24 hours of comfort and comes in four wearable shades — including a signature green (don't worry, it comes out transparent) — with a soft matte finish. Wear it solo or under lipstick, and yes, it’s refillable too.
Prada Reveal Mesh Cushion Foundation, $125
One of the brand's newest launches, this is a serum-meets-foundation hybrid built to adapt to the wearer's facial expressions, thanks to its motion-protect tech. It contains niacinamide, sebum-absorbing minerals, and AI-developed shades (four in total for now) to keep things smooth, breathable, and tailored to Asian skin tones.
