From Lisa’s surprise performance with Anyma, to Katseye singing Golden with Huntr/x, here are our favourite surprise stage guests from Coachella 2026.
By Lucy Lauron,
Coachella 2026 just wrapped up, and both weekends were filled with major celebrity moments. Other than the gorgeous stage outfits spotted over at Sabrinawood, and Justin Bieber’s long-awaited return to the stage, what also had our jaws dropping were the guests who made surprise appearances on Coachella’s big stage.
Scroll on for 10 of our favourite surprise guests at Coachella 2026.

1. Huntr/x with Katseye
What went down: Katseye’s Coachella debut was one for the books. Not only did they stage their first performance of their latest single, Pinky Up, they also brought out the ladies of Huntri/x from the movie, KPop Demon Hunters, singing the movie’s hit track, Golden. Live vocals, paired with their wildly (pun intended) maximalist stage outfits? Our pinkies were up.
2. Olivia Rodrigo with Addison Rae
What went down: Over at Coachella’s Main Stage, it was nothing but love with these Gen Z pop girlies. Also making her Coachella debut was Addison Rae, who shared her stage with none other than Olivia Rodrigo. The duo performed a duet with Rae’s viral hit, Headphones On and even debuted Rodrigo’s latest single, drop dead.
3. Lisa with Anyma
What went down: If you’ve been seeing highly immersive projections featuring futuristic humanoids at techno raves, they’re probably by the Italian-American DJ and multi-disciplinary artist, Anyma. After having to cancel his set for weekend 1 of Coachella due to unfavourable weather conditions, he finally made his Coachella debut on weekend 2 with Blackpink’s Lisa, debuting their joint single, Bad Angel.
4. Madonna with Sabrina Carpenter
What went down: Speaking of pop girlies, Sabrina Carpenter brought on the pop legend, Madonna. They performed not just one, but two of Madonna’s iconic songs: Like A Prayer and Vogue — the first time since Madonna’s Coachella stage 20 years ago.
5. Zara Larsson with PinkPantheress
What went down: The duo behind the viral hit, Stateside, reunited at the Mojave tent during PinkPantheress’ set. While they didn’t perform Stateside together, Zara Larsson took over the stage with our one of favourite summer hits, Midnight Sun.
5. Sza with Justin Bieber
What went down: If Justin Bieber’s return to the stage wasn’t enough, his onstage guests were also for the books. One major moment was when our favourite Scorpio lover girl, Sza, joined Bieber onstage for Snooze.
6. Central Cee with Sexxy Red
What went down: Over at the Sahara Stage, rapper Sexxy Red delivered one of the most high-energy sets of weekend 1. A major highlight, though, was when she brought out UK rapper, Central Cee, to perform Guilt Trippin and his viral hit BAND4BAND.
7. Chase Infiniti with PinkPantheress
What went down: Gen Z’s latest pop girlie, PinkPantheress, entered Taurus season with an onstage birthday bash — accompanied by rising Gen Z Hollywood starlet, Chase Infiniti. If she looks familiar, it’s probably because of her main role in the Oscar-winning film, One Battle After Another, or her starring role in the much-anticipated series The Testaments, now available for streaming on Disney+.
8. Maddie Ziegler at Addison Rae
What went down: When Addison Rae took the stage to perform her 2025 track, Aquamarine, Maddie Ziegler joined her as a dancer. Other than her time on the reality show, Dance Moms, you might also catch Ziegler starring in the newly-released action thriller film, Pretty Lethal.
9. Big Sean with Justin Bieber
What went down: Speaking of Bieber’s insane roster of guest performers – to think that we’d be getting a live performance of his 2012 track, As Long As You Love Me in the big ‘26, and with Big Sean on board? Absolute insanity.
10. The Dare with PinkPantheress
What went down: Here’s a fun fact: PinkPantheress collaborated with British music producer and DJ, The Dare, for the original version of Stateside. So who better to join her for her onstage birthday bash than the man himself?
