YARRA

YARRA

YARRA, a new cafe and stationery shop, has quickly become a popular destination in Jakarta since its opening in mid-2025. KNOTS

KNOTS

Started as an online bakery, Knots teamed up with the Union Group for their first flagship opening in East Kemang. Perhaps, what made them so interesting to the F&B group and the crowd is their artistic and unique take on classic patisseries and viennoiseries that still feels new to Jakarta’s cafe scene. Knots’ innovative approach to arty sweet delights are quite reminiscent of Gentle Monster’s NUDAKE cake shop based in Seoul, but originality remains even in their similarities.

The team includes CCO (that is Chief Croissant Officer) Riesky Vernandes Putra, who folds up crispy, airy, buttery croissants shaped into ribbons filled with smooth velvety matcha or hazelnut cream. Another half of what makes up the Knots team is CPO (Chief Pastry Officer) Letare Ulima, whipping up delectable desserts such as their famous burnt cheesecake that is bound to have you go for seconds. The tiny space comprises of a coffee bar, seating area that easily accommodates 60 people, and a display of their crowd-pleasing sweet creations that makes Knots a non-stop buzzing cafe.

Address: Jl. Kemang Timur Jl. Kemang Raya No.46A, RT.9/RW.3, Bangka, Kec. Mampang Prpt., South Jakarta, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12730

About Us Brasserie

About Us Brasserie

About Us Brasserie is amongst the newest to join the Gunawarman Street line up of F&B hotspots. When you walk inside, you’ll be greeted by a spacious space decorated with a minimalistic eye but homey feel – wooden tables, an open bar, white walls juxtaposed and elevated against an antique rug, flower vases, and warm hospitality. The decor is just a reflection of their Scandi-Asian dishes.

By the time the cafe opens its door in the morning, the place is slowly filled with post-workout crowd enjoying a spoon of their Acai Bowl or Pelawan Mushroom Scramble, then it gets jam packed with a new crowd when the sun directly shines through the big windows overseeing the busy street, sipping on their popular coffee offerings, a creamy Pistachio Latte or earthy Osmanthus Latte. As the day turns to night, the cafe easily transitions into a resto-bar with their PM menu, serving hearty meals like their Chuck Ribs ‘Ssam’, Pelawan Roast Chicken, and Oxtail ‘Osso Buco’ that pairs pleasantly with their new cocktail drinks.

Space Available

Space Available

Anchoring itself as a ‘self-care community centre’ space, Space Available came all the way from Bali to the capital city in early 2025. The space took over a cultural landmark, Aksara Bookstore that was built by Indonesian architect legend Andra Matin. At a glance, the soft speckled blue building looks like a sculptured building in the middle of Kemang, but inside, it is so much more.

The space is whatever you want it to be – a shopping spree, a post-workout rejuvenation, listening library, a visual treat, but at its core it is shaping up to be a cultural and community gathering place for a holistic living experience. At its Medicinal Restaurant-Bar, refresh the body and soul with a ’craft your own‘ bowl and plates, or Medicinal Mushroom Coffee and earthy elixirs in collaboration with Chef Andika Baintara of A3000, all of which are made from local produce.

Address: Jl. Kemang Raya No. 8B–9, South Jakarta

Nestled in the bustling Blok M area of South Jakarta, this stylish cafe has quickly become one of the city’s most popular dining spots. Founded by two sisters, Martina and Jasmine Djohan, in collaboration with 20/WOL Ventures, the space is cosy and warm yet sophisticated, with a rustic vibe and exposed brick accents. It’s a favourite among the fashionable crowd, making it a prime spot for people-watching and snapping pics for your feed.

The cafe features an outdoor backyard, perfect for brunching under Jakarta’s sun, as well as an indoor space that doubles as a cafe, restaurant, and bar, offering a selection of natural wines. Originally a Korean-inspired cakery, that identity still shines through with their unique cakes, each with its own character.

If you're craving something heartier, they also serve pasta dishes like Beef Pistachio Butter Paccheri. However, a favourite has to be the Melted Leek and Lemon pasta – it’s both refreshing and creamy.

One standout dessert taking over TikTok is their Original Poured Tiramisu. While it might sound like an attempt at virality, it’s totally worth digging your spoon into.
