BAG: Loewe Featherlight Puzzle

THE BACKGROUND: Can it already be 10 years since Jonathan Anderson debuted the Puzzle at Loewe? That bag was the fashion wizard’s first for the Spanish luxury house and captivated both the fashion press and customers with its origami-inspired design that can fold nearly completely flat. Now, to mark this big decade, it’s been reinvented into a lighter edition aptly dubbed Featherlight.

Chanel 25
Chanel

THE BAG: Chanel 25

THE BACKGROUND: The name of the maison’s latest blockbuster is a clever game of numbers – 25 references its year of birth (the bag was debuted at Chanel’sSpring Summer 2025 show) as well as nods to other house icons like the 2.55.

THE DETAILS: In line with the recent turn towards more relaxed hobo-style bags, the Chanel 25 features
a drawstring closure that’s accented by an eye-catching CC clasp. It’s not only for decorative purposes – the clasp glides smoothly to the edge of the chain, allowing the bag to open fully, maximising storage capacity while ensuring a secure closure. As always with Chanel, user-friendliness is at the forefront. There are three pockets in the interior of the main compartment, while two larger pockets on the sides of the exterior allow for easy retrieval of items like phones. The medium and large sizes also feature a leather shoulder pad for comfort and come with a bonus detachable leather pouch. And of course, there are the other signatures that make a bag distinctively Chanel: the classic quilted finish and
leather-braided chains.

THE BAG: Celine Camille 16 Soft

THE BACKGROUND: Meet Camille, the latest addition to Celine’s 16 Soft line. The collection holds a special place in the maison’s archives – after all, former creative director Hedi Slimane’s first bag for Celine was a structured top-handle style simply christened the 16. Over the years, more pliant renditions have been introduced, resulting in the addition of the word “Soft” to its name.
