Amongst the spate of new movies releasing in 2026, the one that the fashion enthusiasts are undoubtedly most excited for is none other than The Devil Wears Prada 2 – the sequel to one of the most iconic fashion movies from the 2000s that has left an indelible mark on the cultural zeitgeist. 

While Lady Gaga and Doechii’s collaboration song Runway for the show’s soundtrack and of course, the Vogue cover featuring the formidable duo of Miranda Priestly and Anna Wintour set the internet ablaze, the fashion in The Devil Wears Prada 2 is truly what’s having us on the edge of our seats. As we count down the days to April 30, here are some of the best looks from The Devil Wears Prada 2 press tour as seen on its cast.

1. London: The Devil Wears Prada 2 Photocall

Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt brought some groundbreaking floral energy to the film’s London photocall. While Blunt opted for a bolder floral moment in a FW26 Michael Kors’ midi skirt decorated with a mix of red, purple and black floral petals, and a pair of matching red Valentino Rockstud heels, Streep went with a red floral accessory over her Armani Prive jacket. 

Meanwhile, Anne Hathaway wore a Fall 2024 Armani Prive velvet dress adorned with crystals and a pair of Christian Louboutin Miss Zs, and Stanley Tucci donned a grey suit with a checkered tie. To complete their looks, the posse donned on matching black sunglasses as they posed on the red carpet.

2. London: “A Night with Runway’’ Gala Reception

Trading her reds for black and grey stripes at the London Gala Reception, Anne Hathaway stunned in a Louis Vuitton gown that featured a billowing overskirt. Following the oversized skirt theme was Meryl Streep, who showed up in a sequinned sapphire coat by Richard Quinn. The other half of the film’s quartet showed up in all-black looks – Emily Blunt in a Dior structured jacket dress with a fanned-out tutu skirt, and Tucci in a simple black suit. 

3. London: The Devil Wears Prada 2 European Premiere

If we’re talking about being on theme, no one outdid the film’s foursome at the buzzy European premiere. Meryl Streep obviously wore Prada, while Emily Blunt went full red in a custom Balenciaga outfit with a train bustier and a pair of matching Duchesse Pumps in red calfskin. On the other hand, Stanley Tucci wore a dapper pinstripe suit and Anne Hathaway stunned in a dark blue velvet Atelier Versace gown with a suit-like bodice. 

4. New York: The Devil Wears Prada 2 World Premiere

The cast really pulled out all the stops for The Devil Wears Prada 2’s world premiere in New York. Emily Blunt stole the show in an ethereal Schiappereli SS26 Haute Couture gown which featured a feathered ivory bustier and tulle skirt. Meanwhile, Anne Hathaway wore a custom red Louis Vuitton silk gown, matching with Meryl Streep who was dressed in a red leathered cape look by Givenchy. As usual, Stanley Tucci wore a simple velvet suit to let the girls shine. 

5. Shanghai: The Devil Wears Prada 2 Premiere

At the Shanghai premiere, Meryl Streep opted for a classy navy blue Saint Laurent dress with a high neckline, complete with sheer leggings and a black bow tied at the waist. Meanwhile, Anne Hathaway donned a flouncy pastel gown by Chinese designer Susan Fang and wore a pair of Gianvito Rossi heels.

6. Mexico City: Frida Kahlo Museum

The duo kicked off the press tour in style at the Frida Kahlo Museum in Mexico City. Anne Hathaway was dressed head-to-toe in Schiaparelli – an all-black fringe number and pointy heels adorned with the fashion house’s iconic keyhole emblem. Meanwhile, Meryl Streep donned on a full-red custom Dolce and Gabbana set complete with a frilly bow at the neck and matching red slingbacks. 

7. Mexico City: The Devil Wears Prada 2 Premiere

The pair spiced things up at the Mexico City premiere with Meryl Streep in a navy blue Schiaparelli button-down dress and the house’s Face Bag in tow, while Anne Hathaway dazzled in a sparkly Stella McCartney FW26 dress and knee-high boots – a nod to the Chanel boots Andy Sachs strutted post-makeover. 

8. Tokyo: The Devil Wears Prada 2 Premiere

For the Tokyo premiere, Meryl Streep stunned in a red Chanel set from the Métiers d’Art 2026 collection, while Anne Hathaway wore a strapless black-and-white ruffled gown from Valentino’s SS26 Couture collection with a pop of red on the bodice, along with ivory Valentino Rockstud heels. 

9. Seoul: The Devil Wears Prada 2 Press Conference

The devil finally wears Prada. At the Seoul press conference, Meryl Streep wore a full-red Prada set cinched in at the waist with a chocolate brown belt, while her on-screen protege opted for a simple Vaquera SS26 look with an off-shoulder corset top with oversized sleeves and a pair of black leather pants.

For the Seoul premiere, the pair swapped colour palettes with Anne Hathaway in a red leather dress from the Balenciaga Fall Winter 2026 collection and Meryl Streep in an all-black custom Celine look with trousers and an asymmetrical sleeve.
