This private-events planner may still be planning her Indian wedding that’s set for Bali in April, but she already has plans to pass her beloved Jaeger-LeCoultre to her future daughter, even though something with diamonds might seem like a more natural choice for someone who hails from a family of diamond dealers.

The Reverso model holds special meaning for Hathiramani, who also owns five to six timepieces from brands like Cartier and Rolex, which she picked for their design and versatility. “It was a gift from my parents for my university graduation, and I love it because of its reversible faces. It has a dressier face with little diamonds and a more casual one for an everyday look.”
