The Timepieces We’re Eyeing From The Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève 2025

Shiny, sparkly, timeless… We want them all.

A watch from Dior mimicking a lush garden, featuring a rose gold dial set with diamonds, pink sapphires, rubies and tsavorite garnets.
Dior

The biggest night in watchmaking was simply one to watch this year (no pun intended). Celebrating the best craftsmanship and excellence in the industry, the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève handed out awards to indie darlings and luxury maisons across fifteen categories. Here are the standouts we can’t stop thinking about:

1. Dior’s La D de Dior Buisson Couture
Winner: Jewellery Watch Prize

Dior

A diamond garden is in full bloom on Dior’s new La D de Dior. Drawing from Christian Dior’s lifelong love for flowers and gardening, this watch features a rose gold dial set with precision-cut diamonds, pink sapphires, rubies and tsavorite garnets to form a lush bouquet. Complete with a diamond-studded bezel and crown, it looks like a piece right out of a princess fantasy. Someone call Glinda the Good – she needs to see this one.

2. Bvlgari’s Octo Finissimo Ultra Tourbillon
Winner: Tourbillon Watch Prize

Bvlgari

Sleek doesn’t even begin to cover it. Sitting at just 1.85mm in thickness, Bvlgari’s Octo Finissimo Ultra Tourbillon is now the world’s thinnest in its class. With a skeleton tourbillon that allows light to glide beautifully through its titanium, tungsten carbide and steel architecture, it’s a masterclass in making engineering look sexy.

3. Audemars Piguet’s Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar
Winner: Iconic Watch Prize

Audemars Piguet

Integral to Audemars Piguet since its founding in 1875, the perpetual calendar has now been reimagined for the brand’s 150th anniversary. With this one, the devil’s in the details: an all-in-one crown that corrects all watch functions within one movement, the brand seamlessly weaves innovation into storied traditions with the Calibre 7138 movement. Entering the scene on the Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar in both stainless steel and sand gold, this piece has to be on every collector’s wishlist.
