All Hands Café

All Hands Cafe

Set in a century-old Telok Ayer shophouse painted a bold cobalt blue, All Hands Café brings a fresh kind of warmth to the CBD, with a charming mix of old-world character and modern-day café cool. It’s where heritage architecture meets matcha foam, and weekday mornings feel just a little less hurried.

Food & Drink: Start with the pillowy Signature Shokupan with Kaya Butter Snow & Eggs, a luxe twist on the classic kaya toast with pandan custard and shaved salted butter, or build your own savoury toast stacked with smashed avo, sous-vide chicken or kimchi pork belly. Later in the day, go big with the A5 Sukiyaki or Laksa Barramoodi. Don’t miss dessert: the pandan brûlée French toast and matcha banana pudding are crowd-pleasers. Wash it all down with a Blue Matcha Latte (the foam of which is naturally coloured by spirulina), Yuzu Espresso Soda or a classic flat white.

The Vibe: Bright, easygoing and nostalgic without being twee. Think dark woods, green upholstery, rattan chairs and murals that nod to Telok Ayer’s layered past.

What We Recommend: The kaya butter shokupan and pandan brûlée French toast, best enjoyed with that dreamy Blue Matcha Latte.

Reif Japanese Kushiyaki Pop-Up

Reif Japanese Kushiyaki

What: For the month of September, Conrad Singapore Marina Bay plays host to Chef Reif Othman, one of the Dubai’s most popular chefs, for a fiery Singapore homecoming. His cult-favourite Dubai concept lands here as a month-long residency across two outdoor venues, marking his return to the city where it all began.

Food & Drink: At The Terrace, the pop-up à la carte menu brings Reif’s signatures to life: wagyu katsu sandos, truffle udon with tiramisu boba, playful desserts, and rotating specials hot off the grill. Meanwhile at Oscar’s, Reif takes over the Sea, Smoke & Spice buffet’s live grill with kushiyaki skewers like Angus beef with truffle mayo and ponzu-buttered corn. Cat Bite Club

What: Just shy of its second anniversary, Cat Bite Club rolls out a playful new cocktail menu, putting bold twists on time-honoured classics through its signature lens of agave and rice spirits.

Food & Drink: The new menu is full of surprises: take the Old Cuban, now reimagined as the Corsair with mezcal and Cointreau Citrus Series, or Grape Escape, which swaps rum for shochu, gin, grape shrub, and sparkling sake. Other highlights include the Shiso Foine, a layered agave number with shiso, raspberry and grapefruit bitters; 24 Karrot, which blends Tokki Gold Soju with pecan and carrot; and the adventurous Liver Let Die, made with chicken pâté-washed mezcal. For a nostalgic touch, try Meow Now Brown Cow, their tequila take on an adult milkshake, or the rotating Milk Punch for a Cause, with part of the proceeds going to local cat charities.

The Vibe: Tucked behind a glowing red Cheshire cat grin at 75 Duxton Road, Cat Bite Club feels like a secret worth knowing. Don’t miss the new limited-edition merch drop either (think t-shirts, pins, and ceramic coasters) that are available only at the bar.
