There’s A Luxurious New Cave-Inspired Korean Steakhouse At Sentosa
Located in Resort World Sentosa’s buzzy new Weave lifestyle hub, Drim Gold serves up some of Korea’s rarest beef in a cavern-like setting.
By Shannon Sim,
By now, most of us would’ve heard of Cavern Restaurant at Mandai’s Rainforest Wild Asia. Being Singapore’s first-ever restaurant in a cave setting, it made a splash upon opening in 2025. Now, Korean Steakhouse Drim Gold offers its own take on this theme, as Singapore’s largest cave-concept Korean BBQ steakhouse that blends dramatic interiors with modern luxury Korean dining.

Upon entering through a grand cave-like passageway, you’ll be greeted by sculpted stone walls and warm wood interiors that evoke a sense of rustic elegance. This theme continues throughout the steakhouse, with rugged rock surfaces paired with sleek timber beams to create a modern Hanok concept with twist. Their private dining room offers a softer take on this, with neutral-toned limewashed walls instead.
Interiors aside, the food at Drim Gold holds its own – featuring a plethora of premium steak cuts and seafood to choose from. The Hanwoo Beef (also known as Korean Wagyu) is a must-get. At $248 per person, their Hanwoo Beef Set includes a premium beef tartare appetiser, porridge, chef-selected meat cuts, Hanwoo beef, a choice of stew, black sesame ice cream, side dishes and a refresher shot to finish.
For those going in groups, the Korean Beef and Vegetable Hot Pot ($138) is an easy option. Best shared between two to three pax, it’s a generous platter of Hanwoo beef brisket and shank that’s gently simmered in a rich and nourishing Korean beef broth.
Seafood-lovers craving a tangy kick can go for Drim Gold’s Scampi with Kimchi ($77). But if you’re into something creamier, the Butter-Grilled Jeju Abalone ($88) should hit the spot. If you’re feeling a little boujee, you could always order their Caviar Crystal ($388), a 50g caviar dish topped off with Gamtae seaweed and buckwheat pancake.
Staff-manned tableside grills are also used to cook premium meats like their Hanwoo beef and Jeju black pork, so that diners wouldn’t need to lift a finger.
P.S. From now till March 31, 2026, enjoy a complimentary Bokbunja (Korean fruit wine) with every BBQ set purchased when you order a minimum of two sets, while stocks last.
Drim Gold is located at 26 Sentosa Gateway, B1-204-206, Resorts World Sentosa, 098138 Singapore, and is open daily from 11am to 10pm. Find out more here.
